Mort the wonder co-autocrat will be getting the contact information for our reservations person then I'll send out the first email advert for the Culinary Symposium.  I'm going to be asking on my LJ friend in other Kingdoms to spread the word far and wide- I'm really excited about getting to potentially learn from people all over the known world. 

Maybe I can get people from other Kingdoms to teach classes on things they see more, like Day Boards (which you never see over here) etc.

I'm so excited! After we send out the invite to the known world I have a feeling things will really start rolling.

I can wait to send out the message until tomorrow, but I think that was really the last peice we needed.

Once we hear back the final word on brewing / vinting we'll send out another notice for that. I have a feeling there will be lots of updates (class lists as they get bigger, the website and forum information) so we can keep interest building.

I think I'll also send a personal message to all the SCA culinary legends I can think of- the Goode Cookery peeps, Renfrow, Savid Friedman, etc.
