I'm looking at putting myself on a really strict regime of alternating weights and cardiovascular training 6 days a week, for 12 weeks. After that it's maintenance.
I'm not particularly unhappy with the way my body looks (I happen to like curves on women). I just want it to work better and be stronger. Once I get my strength and stamina back, maybe I'll get back to doing the active things I've been missing- Kayaking, climbing, fencing / rapier fighting.
I’ve been through a lot in the last couple of years, and I think putting the time into myself again will be good for me.
We’ll see.
