Oh and I've only entered 7 recipes from the Libro di cucina into the ingredients spread sheet so far and I'm up to 56 items already. :) I'm also including things like water when it mentions boiling or washing items, so I'm trying to be fairly inclusive of everything that goes into each recipe.

That gingerbread looks cool but I'm not sure I'd want to eat it. It might be a fun A&S project to make the molds and try it out though. Is drying by the fire common in place of baking and were they considered cookies?
