Legislation to make "limited service pregnancy centers" actually tell the clients what they do and don't offer. These have been advertised all over inside buses in a way that suggested that they offered medical services and counseling to pregnant women. In reality all they could medically do is offer an over the counter pregnancy test (which they would often withhold/ not release in a timely manner), and lots of anti-abortion counseling. Because they were not medical centers there have also been concerns over inappropriate release of information.
