Kingdom Guild and Apprentice/ Artisan displays at 12th night, Costumer's Guild contest

I think I've finally got it nailed down, now I'm just waiting for confirmation on tables and if there's a floor plan I can use for layout.

Kingdom Guild displays:
Armourers, Weaponsmiths, & Jewelers (two 6' tables)
Embellishers (one 6', one 4' if available)
Lampworkers, incipient (one 6' table)

Apprentice/ Artisan displays:
Elewys 1x1'- socks & documentation for feedback
Halima 1x1'- Something woven? :)
Sophia 1x1'- lampwork beads
Sabine 1x3'- book binding extravaganza!
Aleyn Wickington 1x6'- reproduction fiddle based on Mary Rose find & Orgaistrum, work in progress
Eulalia 1x3'- historical food and drink
Ferain 1x2'- Books and documentation

For the Costumer's Guild contest I've got two panels worth of judges, but one of my judges might not be able to make it so I'm looking for a back up. I'd also LOVE to have more people who we don't normall get out to judge. So far we've got an Anglo Saxon outfit, 5 Byzantine outfits, a 13 c. English, and 1 Tudor. I promise we're keeping the judging to four hours this year so you won't be stuck all day!! I also tend to keep my judges fed and watered. ;)
We're doing something new with the prizes this year, and it's going to be fantastic! I think the winners are going to love it!

I wish I could be there, but the 5 hour drive at 8 1/2 months pregnant doesn't really sound appealing.

No kidding! I get motion sickness as it is, add to that a nearly term baby parked on your bladder and it sounds like a trip only Torquemada could love.

Yahoo must have eaten your message, I check back and even checked through the spam folder and it never came through. I'm sorry! We're still glad to have you though, and I'll have diet pepsi for you even if our other judge dosen't drop out. :)
