Dinner & a movie

I had a fabulous evening last night. MR. RJ took me to Aoki for dinner, and then it was onto see Night Watch. I highly recommend both.

Night Watch is a Russian import about good vs. evil in an vampire apocalypse kind of a way. Here are some reviews.

I would have posted earlier, but was side swiped this morning by a grant proposal in need of running around, yet more household crap (which is another topic altogther), and that whole girly cramping thing. Between them they managed to derail the happy / bliss.

I'm still not quite over this lung crud, and have since found out that a couple of my friends have been fighting it for multiple weeks now as well.

BTW intrepid_reason, that's why I didn't get a chance to call you back.

That's alright it's very slowly getting better. The other becca is actually getting worse and dosen't have insurance. I'm worried that she now has pnumonia. I'd pay for her to go to the clinic, but I don't think she'll let me. :(

Mr. RJ actually got brave enough to put his arm around my shoulder the the last 1/2 of the movie. It's so sweet. Still no kissy, but I think it's safe to say that he knew this was a "date".

I feel so out of the habit, I'm not sure I know what I'm doing.

This weekend was much convention and sister in law birthday craziness. We defintely need girl talk. He came over to watch movies again last night, and (this being about date 4) got up the nerve to kiss me. Very sweet.

I'll try to at least call you some time soon. When's a good day / time to call?
